Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

I will assist you in uncovering patterns and building a deeper awareness of how your past experiences may be impacting your current thought processes, feelings, and reactions to yourself and the world around you. We will explore how your thoughts might be serving you, as well as the ways in which they may be causing you discomfort. You will then begin to practice incorporating new ways of thinking into your daily life. This will ultimately help you develop increased self compassion, internal peace, and desired behavioral changes.
