Welcome, and thank you for visiting my website! I am a Certified Mindfulness Informed Professional (CMIP), personal coach and psychotherapist specializing in supporting individuals in their personal growth journey using a mindfulness based perspective.
In therapy sessions, I will help you get to the root of how you learned to think the way you do so you can take more ownership over your emotional experience and connect to a greater sense of inner peace and joy. I use a combination of strengths based, compassion focused, and somatic approaches, and offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques through a mindfulness lens to help individuals change unwanted thinking patterns to improve their emotional wellbeing. I also focus on teaching specific skills that you can use in your daily life to improve emotional regulation, relationships with yourself and others, and overall life satisfaction.
In coaching sessions, we will work on a shorter term basis with very specific, achievable goals in mind. I will teach you more about mindfulness, the mind/body connection, and how to use a mindfulness mindset to live the life you want for yourself. As we work together, I will tailor a variety of mindfulness based strategies to your specific needs to help you live and behave more in alignment with your intuition, and ultimately achieve your overall wellness goals.
